Booking Fee – What You Need to Know

To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking.

This booking fee is mandatory through our online booking system and helps us ensure serious bookings, prepare properly for your service, and reserve your time slot exclusively for you.

How the Booking Fee Works

  • The booking fee is applied toward your total service cost
  • You will not be charged extra — it simply goes toward your final bill
  • The remaining balance is due once your service is completed

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and your booking fee will transfer to your new appointment
  • All booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, regardless of how far in advance, the booking fee will be forfeited
  • No-shows will result in forfeiting the booking fee
